Wasn't as busy or crazy as I expected, music a little mid would probably be best to go with friends. But the staff is awesome, tripped on the steps and they did everything to make sure I was ok. Honestly that hang out with ice packs and chat was the best part of the night lol 😂

Are not honest when they are at full capacity. The security blame and shame you for being supposedly intoxicated even if you are clearly sober enough to be let in just to reduce numbers. Made us feel quite belittled. Our entire group was kicked out. Not as welcoming as it poses it be.

It may be a gay hub but for rock gigs it is a great venue. Beware though as they wanted photo-ID to get in even for the gig!!!!

Do NOT GO HERE. I have never ever in my life experienced behaviour from security and the welfare staff like this. They pick on people they just don’t like and want in the club. I was stone cold sober last night and have been to Heaven a while ago. Told to go sober up. My party I was with were all drunk and I’d just joined them. They were allowed entry and I wasn’t. I said “This is why heaven is getting a bad name” and walked away with no issues. Grabbed 20 nuggets with my friends and then came back 25 minutes later. I then got picked out in the crowd by the same female security member and she said “HIM. Get him out. We don’t want him. He bad mouthed heaven” I was obviously confused as I didn’t disrespect anyone as they told me I had AT ALL. My friends were very disappointed. I’ve been to heaven for years and seen how they’ve treated people in the queue and I guess I’ve just been lucky. However last night I was the victim of the bullying. It’s bullying by exclusion because I had a voice and said that heaven is getting a bad name because of the security. And then their security proved exactly it. I then got escorted away like I was a criminal!!! I will be writing to the local MP asking for heaven to have their licensing removed. Please avoid heaven like the plague. I hate that I was picked on for no reason and genuinely none. If I was drunk I’d maybe see what they were saying. Just not happy and went elsewhere. I’d be very happy for the owners to contact me so I can report the security on the door for bullying.

Security discriminatory and incompetent.

I had a really disappointing experience at Heaven Nightclub last night. I’ve been to this venue multiple times before (at least 5–8 times), so I was surprised by how I was treated at the door. The staff member refused me entry, claiming I wasn’t a “regular,” even after I explained my history with the club and showed proof. The situation then became uncomfortable and unprofessional, with unnecessary comments made toward me and my friend, including stereotyping language that felt disrespectful. What made it worse was the reasoning given — being told I wasn’t “gay” enough to enter. This felt unfair and confusing, especially since the venue has always seemed open to a mixed crowd, including straight allies. The inconsistency and tone from staff made the whole interaction feel exclusionary rather than welcoming. I completely understand clubs having door policies, but they should be applied fairly and respectfully. No one should feel judged or stereotyped at the entrance of a place that promotes inclusivity. Really disappointed, as I’ve enjoyed this place before, but this experience has definitely changed my perspective.

absolutely terrible. I have been a regular at heaven for 3 years and have been rejected many times for very rocky reasons. They either say we need to be a regular (which i am), then let in people who are literal tourists ( my friends from paris came in while i got rejected!) or say we're too drunk ( i dont drink). This club judges based on what you look like and is the worse. the music isnt even that good and tbh just feel like straight up racism.

I have been a regular at Heaven for a long time and have frequently recommended it to friends, but after my experience tonight, I can no longer do so. Despite arriving sober after getting food nearby, I was denied entry at the door. The staff claimed I was "too drunk" to enter, which was factually incorrect as I hadn't had a single drink yet. What was most upsetting was that I was in a group of three, and while my white friends were permitted entry without issue, I was singled out and turned away. I had heard rumors in the queue about similar experiences regarding racial profiling, but I didn't want to believe them until it happened to me personally. For a venue that brands itself as a safe space for the entire LGBTQ+ community, this experience felt exclusionary and deeply disappointing. I will be taking my business to more inclusive venues in London from now on.
