Park Grand Heathrow

A real problem with the breakfast buffet, which is truly awful; the breakfast room needs a refresh as it is too outdated.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check into our rooms earlier than expected. Bus stops are very close to the hotel. It's about a 10-minute walk to the train station and a 25-minute drive to Terminal 2 of the airport. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Since we couldn't have breakfast at the hotel on our departure day, we each received a small packed lunch. Our English isn't very good, but the receptionist patiently answered all our questions. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Our waiter, Lorry, and his colleague were very friendly and happily explained the dishes we were unfamiliar with. We had originally planned to eat at different places during our three-day stay, but we felt so comfortable in this restaurant that we ended up eating there every evening. We highly recommend this hotel.

Its great stay, and very cooperative staff Particularly Mr. Sunny & Ms. Felani on front desk. Their behavior and attended very well.

I booked this hotel including breakfast and was unfortunately very disappointed. The so-called breakfast buffet, in my opinion, does not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel. The coffee tasted like water, and the selection was very limited. I found it particularly disappointing that there weren't even any fried eggs. If you wanted an omelet, you had to pay extra, even though breakfast was already included in the price?! If you only want to use the hotel for sleeping, it's fine. However, if you value a good breakfast, I would not recommend this hotel.

We had wonderful experience thanks to sunny and sanifa at reception. They were both incredible welcoming professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their excellent customer service made us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. Thank you both for making our visit so pleasant

The restaurant has become completely unreliable. The buffet dinner service — the main reason many of us visited — has been discontinued without any meaningful explanation. Service has also been consistently poor for years, and nothing seems to improve. It’s disappointing to see how far the place has declined, and even more disappointing when the incompetent management responds with the same insincere, scripted lines instead of addressing the real issues.

Good experience .The staff were very friendly, kind, and professional. The environment was clean, peaceful, and comfortable, which made the stay really enjoyable. The location is excellent and conveniently close to everything. I especially appreciated how helpful and respectful the staff were throughout my stay. The service was outstanding, and all the facilities were well maintained. Good food 😋 Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Park Grand. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The food was absolutely delicious with great quality and taste throughout our stay. A special thanks to GM Mr. Mandar for his warm hospitality and professional management. Also, big appreciation to Monica and Aakash for their excellent service, polite nature, and constant support. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and made the experience truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
