We are staying at room 603 at the moment. We checked in yesterday evening and I would like to say a big thank you to Jack who checked us in, he was very professional and welcoming. A special thank you to Jamie from breakfast. He was so funny, kind and very nice. Massive thank you to everyone at the holiday inn hull. We will be back again just for the staffs. They are amazing and hard working.
Good hotel, clean and taken care of. BUT WiFi is horrible. When weekend comes forget about using WiFi. If fixed I’ll change it to 5 star Edit: actually you can’t use the WiFi during whole week 🤡🤡🤡
The personal are very friendly, not good car park for tall van >2.4 metres
Good location with direct access from St Stephens carpark (£9.00 a night). Reception was friendly and efficient. Rooms comfortable. Breakfast included and was good. Recommended for a stopover in Hull.
