Stayed here a couple of months ago and it had literally just been taken over by new management. Since the last time I stayed until now, alot of work has been done. The rooms are so much better now and don't reflect what's on the website (obviously not updated all of the rooms yet but they are in progress). Outside the hotel, its doesn't look great, tired and outdated but you can see alot of work is on going to bring it up to standards.

I’d like to commend two outstanding members of staff from this hotel group, Jane Newbould from Hull branch and Ajith from Central Reservations. Although I didn’t end up staying at the hotel due to a last-minute cancellation caused by unforeseen circumstances, I was quite stressed as I was travelling from London to Hull for an important business meeting. Jane and Ajith acted quickly and efficiently, arranging alternative accommodation for me within an hour and ensuring I had somewhere to stay. Their prompt, reliable support made a challenging situation much easier to manage. Many thanks to both Jane and Ajith. Definitely booking when the construction works are finished✌️✌️✌️✌️

Deserves no stars…. If you are thinking of booking please do not as ours were non refundable and had to spend and additional £80 for a travelodge. False advertisement to begin with. We turned up at the hotel to find it was more of a motel, mattresses and rubbish outside across from the rooms aswell the site wasn’t safe for any vehicles with a sign saying they wasn’t responsible for any damage. We pulled up and had a look in one of the rooms that had only just been clean to find mould on the roof, stained bedding and the windows weren’t even transparent! Decided we wasn’t going to stay there so i went into reception to speak with the receptionist who gave me nothing but disgusting attitude, pulling faces at me and giving me nothing but disrespect laughing in my face asking why they caught me on CCTV taking pictures. This is a non refundable MOTEL and the pictures on google maps only display the reception and not the accommodation.

When the tv for customers is positioned towards reception it tells you a) they aren't used to customers and b) customers are low down in their considerations. Shoddy room with no bathing gel and inaccessible plugs with USBs that just don't work. At least the fluff was free! Consider carefully

In the process of being renovated, however the room was more than adequate if not a little tired - at time of writing. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff helpful and friendly. Good location close to City Centre and Train Station. Would certainly use again in future.

Literally worst place i have ever been . When i arrived there i asked the receptionist if i need to register my car to the car park and they said no . A week after i received £320 parking charge and they said they wont take any responsibility now i have to pay amount for only 1 night stay. Reception and the customer service is awful and horrible they treat you like you owe them something. Won’t recommend at all
