Great budget place to. Stay. 19 minutes away from city. Easy parking with permit. Friendly staff. Functional room.

Small pub with an attached building housing the guest rooms. Our room had its own entrance to the street and another leading to the courtyard/beer garden. The pub is ideally located for visiting the city, the cathedral, and the castle. Very friendly welcome; parking is available on the side street with a resident's permit. We would definitely stay here again.

A good place to stay. 15 minute gentle walk to City Centre. Friendly staff and a lovely little pub. Room could do with a little TLC, curtain pole hanging off, door a little stiff etc. Would I stay there again .... yeah!!

Super value. Friendly reception. Easy on road parking with permit provided. Clean and tidy room. No food but not needed as plenty of nearby options. 20 minutes to town. Thought being in a pub would be noisy but not the case when door shut.

Looked for a pub that sold beer instead of fancy largers or ciders. Advised by 2 bars in town to come here. Not disappointed ! Great selection of beers, great staff and a nice atmosphere !

Stayed here for 2 nights. Room only and on street parking with permit. Easy stroll into Lincoln where there are plenty of places to eat and drink, and good shopping.

Lovely pub. Owners and staff are brilliant. Atmosphere is spot on. The quiz is definitely worth a try and the barefoot nights are great

Placed in the middle of terraced streets with no car park you have to find parking on the busy streets. Room ok with steep stairs to 1st floor room. The pub does not do food but £5 uber into town. We won't be staying there again. Pleasant enough people though.
