Pub stinks, experienced the same kind of service too. Toilets are vile

The accommodation was clean, and the person who helped me check in—whether they were a staff member or another long-term guest—was very kind. The toilet is inside the room, but the shower is shared by the entire floor, so you need to time it carefully. There are washing machines and dryers on the first floor, so you can buy detergent packets at a nearby supermarket.

We stayed here for Premier League, having a double room instead of triple. Our room was completely different from description, even a hair dryer was missing. besides it was dirty, with black mold in the shower and destroyed unpainted walls in the room. Personnel not friendly. The hotel refused to give an invoice. When I requested a reimbursement, one of the conditions was to delete a review from Booking.com
