We stay here in regular basis me and partner, we havent had a bad experience until this time, we spent just short of £200 for the luxury room 219, what a huge mistake, the room to.the eye was stunning however,, the laminate flooring was warped and un looked after, with gaps between panelling, the bath was actually mucky, there was no fridge infact there are basic facilities, even in a higher spec and pricedroom, then the noise was horrendous, doors banging through the night, above us you heard people walking on the floor, then at 1am it was there party time, screaming, music blarring out, heard thwm.singing then jumping on the floor like its a boucing castle and they was coming through the floor, the ceiling was vibrating, thia continued till 415 am so we went down told reception man he just said oh im sorry about that, nothing was done, I then asked in the morning at 7am managers start time, she ask the reason and said because they didnt check it out bithing can be done, I told them at 4.15 so they new, then we went for breakfast, the sausages well under cooked pink in the middle, the hash browns taste of pure grease, to the point the greece was dripping down your chin, the bed however was confy a shame we got no sleep at all, this is our 7th visit and tbf its time to see else where now some tlc is needed around the place,
