Great customer service happy with my stay

Myself, my partner and my son were placed into Emergency Accommodation here for 5 weeks. We enjoyed our stay here and the staff were helpful. However in our room the bathroom door would not shut and there were a couple times where staff had entered our room without knowing. There was also a series of fire alarms (4 in the space of 3 nights), and for an autistic person like myself it was not fun to deal with especially when the staff started talking back at you as you're trying to explain why it triggers you! Apart from this, we were very close to Rochdale Town Centre which was ideal for work and transport, as well as receiving adequate service from staff. I truly thank them for taking us in and I will be forever in debt to their service to support us.

The rooms are well-maintained and clean, and the common kitchen is also always clean, and the most important thing is that it is not cold to sleep at night. The staff always monitors cleanliness and discipline. The hotel itself is in a good location and the upper floors offer a good view of the city. Price-quality I recommend for a long stay and not only
