Margate Beach Club

Margate Beach Club is a three-floor bar and club at 1 Albert Terrace on the seafront, facing Margate Sands. It isn't a gay bar, but it describes itself as queer-powered and inclusive and puts on drag shows and DJ nights alongside brunch and cocktails in the day. The upstairs is often hired for private parties. Reviews are split, 4.0 from about 14 on Google: people like the sea views and the refit, while some 2026 reviewers complain about door staff, a door charge and the toilets. It opens Wednesday to Sunday, until 2am on Friday and Saturday.
