You have to pay money for them to keep it. They say they pay it 2 weeks but its been 7 months by now. Never pay this nonsense to this hotel.

Went for my Niece's Wedding,didn't stay there, so don't know how big or small the rooms are.

The staff were cheerful, polite and attentive, offering exceptional service. The building and public areas transport you to a forgotten era defined by calm and elegance. Unfortunately our room was in the attic. Whilst it was a good size and furnished with the same charm and elegance, the attic structure, limited natural light and atmospheric decor made it feel a little claustrophobic. As you can see, our view was definitely more utility pipes than dreaming spires. We mentioned this to reception, the manager gave us the option of an upgrade, but as we were heading out for a dinner reservation decided against repacking, unpacking and incurring further costs. Overall, a pleasant stay, but room 408 did not feel like good value for the amount we paid. Then.... the lift broke down. The only one to the 4th floor, the Attic rooms. Unpredictable and no-one's fault, but a real inconvenience. 🙄 PS. If you really want 5* amenities, take your own toilet paper, theirs is very cheap.

I booked this because of the high ratings on booking.com. It was a disappointment!!! Dirty room, like literally, hair on the bed sheet, a bug two nights in a row, glasses were dirty and smelly and you could hear your neighbors when walking in the hallway, I regretted every single minute of my staying there. The front desk staff is very friendly tho. Attached the pic of the bug!! 🤢

Neat and clean. The room is very cramped but fine for an overnight stay. You cannot get breakfast there.
