About This Event
Oxford Pride is a one-day affair, run by a charity with the same name and a volunteer board of trustees. 2026 marked its 23rd anniversary.
The format got a shake-up that year: no big festival site, just a parade and a string of local venues, pubs, and community spaces hosting official events into the night. It started with a gathering at Paradise Street and Paradise Gardens (OX1 1BE) at 10:30am, winding its way through the historic centre.
The daytime programme ran from roughly noon to 6pm. Then, a street party took over Paradise Street from 6pm. You can get in for free.
The 2026 edition happened on Saturday, 6 June. Despite the rain, thousands showed up, according to the organisers. As of now, the 2027 date is still under wraps.
