Staying at the Omni Hotel in Richmond July 8-12 for Vietnam reunion. We experienced the most gracious manager (Will) in the Westham Tavern, I ordered a dessert only to find out they were out, He sent waiter MAC over to apologize and offer different ones, then he joined in to say sorry also, visiting he discovered the couple we were with were celebrating their 55th anniversary, and I said our same anniversary was Valentine’s Day!! He said that calls for Champagne!!! He got the bottle and visited with us for 15-20 minutes! He was so pleasant ! As was the waiter Mac, so good at his job! We had Mac the night before on the porch and he was excellent! Also we had great experience with our shuttle driver Aaron today, on a hot day who wants to walk anywhere! He was prompt and cheerful and got us where we wanted to go with ease!!!

The front desk staff were inviting. In particular, the front-staff woman whose name simply began with the letter 'K' was amazing. I had no expectations upon arriving. In return, I was overwhelmed with kindness. This form of hospitality is always incredible, especially when least expected. The room was spectacular. Recommend!

Comfortable stay, but watch out for extra costs The room itself was great, my stay was incredibly comfortable and peaceful. However, the parking fees are quite high: Valet parking: $45 per day Self-parking: $35 per day Additionally, the breakfast menu is pretty limited in terms of food choices. It is a nice hotel, but keep these extra expenses and dining options in mind when booking.

Great hospitality! We visited Richmond for a weekend getaway. The overall experience is amazing: from the location of the hotel, ambiance, service and amenities! We will definitely stay here again!

Not really kid friendly, they dont have trash bags for room trash cans. You have to pay for the internet and all the kids channels are pay to view. The parking is on the expensive side, so if you’re not looking to do that there is public parking but then you will walking a bit of a distance. They do have temporary parking in front of the hotel but then the valet uses it all and aren’t very friendly. I initially got a room with a broke tv too, and the second room I was in had the ac was barely working.
