Cool strategic location with a big shopping mall, fast food spots and full gym house by the side. A nice place to be

The hotel is very well-maintained. It's a bit outside the city center, about a 30-minute walk. The room was lovely and the staff attentive. The service was sometimes a little slow, but that's typical for Cape Verde. The view and sunset from the rooftop are superb.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding my stay at this hotel, as I believe that the conditions presented do not correspond, in any way, to the 4-star rating attributed to the establishment. The hotel is visibly dilapidated and in need of urgent renovation work. Some double rooms are very small, compromising the minimum expected comfort. The sanitary facilities are in poor condition, with low-quality materials, evident signs of wear and tear, and improvised solutions, such as the use of adhesive tape on the walls to conceal damage, a situation completely inadequate for this category. The furniture is quite damaged, and the bathroom door produced excessive noise, disrupting rest. In addition, on the first day of my stay, the room did not have towels, which I consider a serious failure in the service provided. I would only highlight as a positive aspect the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who demonstrated professionalism despite the hotel's deficient conditions.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The river mouth next door has a slightly unpleasant odor. The rooms are fine. The service throughout the hotel, at breakfast, and at reception is very, very good.
