Superb experience

Terrible service. During our stay in Kinshasa, we stayed at this hotel. The local agency I had booked for our tour of Kinshasa had asked us to pay for an extra night because our flight arrived in the early hours of the morning. We wanted to get to the hotel, take a shower after the long journey, and rest a bit. However, that wasn't the case. The hotel staff denied us access that morning because we had missed our check-in time. They knew we were late; we had notified them. We asked for a refund for the unused night, but it took them days to process it. It's a disgrace that such a prestigious chain provides such poor service to its guests. After traveling to more than 160 countries, I have never experienced such an unpleasant situation.

It's a nice place 😊 fresh air and good buildings and roads

Traveling to airport very difficult you have to go 4 hours before, and I don’t recommend the airport transport

$500 for two nights and zero customer service. Under the pretext of a one-day delay, the hotel made us wait without explanation to squeeze another night out of us. Typical Kinshasa tactics at their finest...
