Location and view is perfect 24/7 front desk availability is great

It doesn't deserve half a star.

-Liked the view and the receptionist, -Also a 24/7 security was something adorable for me -the apartment was really big and clean, can take more than 4 adults and 2 children - there are parking at the property available but not free - the kitchen and kitchenette was oki , but it could be much-better

We were scammed! We booked the Miramar Aparthotel on Booking.com. When we arrived and saw dirty apartments with torn, dirty linens, we were disgusted and refused. The booking agent put it up for sale! The rent from a doorman is half the price if you're willing to accept the hassle of bringing your own bed linens and towels. And the mattresses are falling apart. We left, but Booking.com still charged us for two nights. It seems it's very easy for scammers to create an account there and get a high rating by posting one or two reviews. Then, ALL the money for Uber and Go Bus was debited from that bank card. Scammers!

This place is disgusting. It's dirty, the washing machine is broken, there are no dishes, no towels, the bed linens are dirty and of poor quality, the furniture is old and dirty.

If you book through Booking.com and the payment method is Visa, they'll tell you they've canceled that payment method and ask for cash. They'll also ask for your Booking.com PIN and then cancel the booking themselves as if you canceled it. This way, they profit from Booking.com by getting free customers without any commission. If you encounter any problems, you won't be able to complain to Booking.com. It's like when you book an Uber ride and they tell you to cancel the request, then the trip is taken outside the app, and there's no internet connection, contrary to what they claim.
