GUYS, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE COMMENTS 👀 I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I thought people were exaggerating a lot, but no, that wasn't the case, (⚠️THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN⚠️) and the worst part is that they don't even make the effort to improve it. It seems that this way it's more profitable for them. It's a disgusting hotel 👎🏾 It's definitely a HOTEL OF TERROR 🤢🤮 Don't go, no matter how cheap it is, it's not worth a penny. They sell this place as a nice and safe place, but at night it has a nightlife scene. You can't even sleep with so many people coming and going.

Small rooms. Poor condition. Breakfast is not breakfast. I do not recommend it.

The room was in a deplorable state: a moldy ceiling crumbling to pieces, with a corresponding stench; sheets with suspiciously stained spots; a bathroom in ruins, a faucet falling off the sink, a clogged toilet, a rusty bin, cigarette butts on the windowsill, a smelly and partially destroyed air conditioner, a dirty, broken, and non-functional TV remote; the only "table" hanging on the wall was practically falling apart, and the bedside table looked like it had been dragged from an attic, so dusty and broken was it. Furthermore, the staff didn't speak a word of English, were extremely unpleasant, and ripped us off on the price. Avoid this hotel at all costs; pay 5-10 euros more per night and you'll have marble columns in your room, not this dilapidated hovel. The photos are misleading.

Cheap hotel on Calle Conde

It's a hotel for sleeping, showering, and enjoying the area. It's very well located and the staff is excellent. Especially Cristian, who was always willing to lend a hand. When I return to Santo Domingo, I'll definitely stay there again.

For the price, it's acceptable and well located. There are places to eat and drink nearby. They really need to maintain the bathroom and shower. The sheets were stained and the mini-fridge had mold.

I don't recommend it, the rooms are very ugly, the beds are old, the structure is very poor, and it's uncomfortable. The only positive point is the hotel's location, right in the center on the main street with the best bars and restaurants.

I made a reservation, but they had no availability. Several other people were in the same situation. They made me wait an hour and offered no solution. I was treated badly. The receptionist and the manager were rude. They didn't even apologize.

The location is the only good thing about it.

Absolutely terrible. I made a reservation a week ago, and when I arrived at the place where I was supposed to stay, they told me they didn't have a room available. I'm registered in the system, but there's no room. Can someone explain this to me? I don't recommend this place.
