Radisson Blu M'Bamou Palace Hotel, Brazzaville

We received a confirmation email, but our reservation was cancelled before our arrival because the hotel was already full by the time we received the confirmation…

A truly professional service in every respect! A welcoming, attentive, and available team!

We stayed for a week for work. The rooms are very large and comfortable, as I expected from a hotel of this caliber. The service was good but lacking; I asked several times for a laundry bag to receive it. The only flaw was the on-site restaurant; they were slow to prepare the food, and the quality was mediocre.

Rarely have seen such uninterested, unhelpful, unfriendly staff. Shocking. Secondly, despite BED BUGS, the air conditioning was barely working in the first room (405), then changed to another room where the air conditioning wasn’t working at all (604). Genuinely one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed across Africa (but it’s worse across the river in Kinshasa of course).

I forgot my rings and they were stolen them.
