Hôtel Franschhoek Boutique

We had a truly lovely stay at Franschhoek Boutique Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating — we arrived before check-in and they kindly stored our luggage and moved everything into our room once it was ready. They also went out of their way to accommodate a later checkout due to our late flight, which we really appreciated. The room itself was beautiful: thoughtfully designed, very comfortable bed, and a great view. Everything felt well considered and relaxing. A special touch we loved was that the hotel stored our wine purchases for us and kept them chilled — a small detail that made a big difference. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of town and walkable to everything. We’d absolutely recommend staying here and want to give a big shout-out to the wonderful staff who made our stay feel easy and welcoming.

Stunning! Couldn’t be happier with our choice - perfect location with restaurants and shops downstairs, and only 10 min walk from Franschhoek trams. Gorgeous view of the mountains from our room, which was quiet and clean! Service was exceptional too, friendly and very attentive. They also had lovely vegan waffles for breakfast, the cherry on top!

Lovely stay here for 3 nights. Breakfast was lovely. Brilliant service where they would offer you a cooked breakfast including eggs Benedict and omelettes to be ordered the night before. Beds comfortable, rooms very clean. Stayed here for our first year wedding anniversary and the staff made it memorable. Would recommend as great location for completing the wine tram tour.

Stunning location and lovely views from the room. Excellent check in experience and hospitality. The room needs maintenance however.
