Mantra Hindmarsh Square Adelaide

Wonderful front of house staff especially Lilly who always made us feel comfortable but in regards to the room - well I think the staff are amazing bit lazy because I had to ask for a number of forgotten items, like replacing the tea and tissues and the cafe attached is a joke, we had to ask every morning for them to clean the table because it was left dirty and it always appeared to be a chore for them to do it, we had breakfast included in our room and as far as information from the front desk it was a little lacking, I think that they expect everyone to be able to use their phones to access everything but the location was ok. I think I would use a different hotel next time I'm in Adelaide

I checked in and found a used tissue in one of the rooms in the suite. As I was alone, I did not need to use the additional room. However, when I went to the restroom, I found a dirty towel folded and hanging on the rack. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest. I went to reception with photos of what I had found, and they relocated me to another room. The staff were cooperative and addressed the issue immediately; however, if there had been no vacancy, it would have been a significant issue.

Fortunate enough to be up-graded to a 2 bedroom apartment (level 1). Very spacious apartment, separate queen & single bedrooms (both internal), good sized bathroom (shower only), lounge/dining and a reasonably equipped kitchen (hot plates, dishwasher, utensils). Looks like a recent refurbish - TV's are certainly very recent. Convenient to bus, 8 min walk to light rail and Rundle Mall (woolies, coles). Botanical Gardens and Galleries about the same distance. Bar opens from 4 pm for happy hour, small range of drink options but good enough. Café in a 'Happy Days' theme with booths, didn't have the breakfast here but seemed to be a few guests there most mornings (we're early risers and enjoy supporting local businesses). The dinner menu seemed basic pub fare, but was reasonably priced. There isn't much else on offer here but does enjoy a good location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and well priced.

Location is amazing. Plenty of amazing food in every direction, plenty to do and see, all within walking distance.

Our stay at the Mantra Hindmarsh Square Adelaide for two nights last weekend was very enjoyable. We were particularly impressed with the quality of breakfast and in particular the professional and friendly service of the two staff members Ava and Kiara. Job well done. Thank You.

Perfect for what we needed for a week's stay, and to have the rooms serviced everyday was lovely.
