Cool place to stay, good location

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in Australia. The facilities are honestly 10/10. I stayed both in the private rooms and in the dorms. The private rooms are spacious enough for two people, with very comfortable beds. The dorms have a private bathroom for each room, the beds are also comfortable, and every bed has its own power outlet. The air conditioning runs all day, which is great. The kitchen and common areas are always spotless — I never saw a single bit of dust during my stay. The staff are volunteers who also live at the hostel, so they really care about keeping everything in perfect condition. The kitchen is very well equipped, making cooking actually enjoyable. They also organize activities during the week, such as free breakfast days or wine and cheese nights. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Cairns CBD, next to the lagoon pool and the night markets. Ideal if you want to really enjoy living in Cairns. They also offer weekly rates if you stay for a minimum of 7 nights, which makes it even better for longer stays. 100% recommended!

Very comfortable sleep. Clean rooms and overall space. I liked the layout of the washrooms/ toilets in the rooms, it made it easy and comfortable and easy to get ready in the mornings. The location was amazing being in front of the core areas of the city. The staff are super friendly!
