Had the best time celebrating a 60th birthday in the upstairs function space! Highly recommend it for special functions. Private bar, toilets & small outdoor area. Amazing food!! Staff are so so lovely & prompt! Events manager John is the ultimate vibe & extremely attentive in the planning & on the day, love ya work John!!!

The Exchange Hotel Upstairs function room is the perfect setting for your celebrations. The function room has a beautiful ambience, complete with private bathrooms, outdoor smoker area, chillout lounge, sound system and bar. The functions menu had a great variety of selections on offer and the food was absolutely delicious, fresh and flavoursome. The staff are absolutely amazing and so accommodating to any request. Special shout out to the Manager John, who was so thorough, super friendly and always available to meet our every request. I highly recommend this venue and will definitely be back for future celebrations

Had a special group lunch at the exchange in the dining room & it was fantastic! Very attentive service, drinks checked multiple times, prompt ordering & food service. Food itself was fantastic & very reasonably priced. Dining room is a lovely bright area with modern decor & very spacious. Thanks to venue manager Laura for helping us to have a great lunch!

Had a great experience at The Exchange Hotel. The food was absolutely delicious and came out incredibly quick, which is always a win. Special shoutout to our server John — his customer service was outstanding. You honestly don’t often get service like that anymore. He was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Will definitely be back.

Even though I’ve never been to this place in person, I ordered a Chicken Parma through UberEats because I was really craving one. It took nearly two hours to arrive since it was raining and most delivery drivers were refusing orders. The restaurant actually called me to apologise for the delay, even though it wasn’t their fault. They even cooked a fresh second batch to try to prevent it from going soggy during delivery. After two hours, it finally arrived, unfortunately still a bit soggy despite their efforts. I still ate it, and the flavour was good. I can tell it would taste even better if it were fresh and served straight away. For their communication, effort, and professionalism, I’d give them 10/10.
