Love the convenience of the kitchenette (with microwave oven) and laundry rooms. Would be lovelier if thorough housekeeping is done on a daily basis rather than every 3 days. They still do change the towels and make the bed on a daily.

Hello dear team, we were very happy with our 11-day stay in Sydney. The rooms are particularly spacious and clean. The kitchenette (including kettle, panini press, refrigerator, sink, etc.) is very convenient. The hotel is ideally located for visiting the CBD, the Botanic Gardens, or taking the bus/ferry to other beautiful places. We would especially like to thank Andrew. He provided excellent support with an extension of our stay and a minor issue. We can definitely recommend this hotel.

If there was an extra star, this hotel would get it. Very comfortable and clean room, upgraded me free of charge even though I was only in town for one night. Friendly staff and to top if all off, they accommodated return of lost property left in an uber and held it safely until I could arrange collection. Cannot fault my stay, the facilities, the staff or the service. Will definitely be returning in the future.

I was planning a month-long stay in Sydney and looked at many hotels as I wanted a comfortable base and a place to relax after days sightseeing and bridge climbing. I messaged the hotel on Fri 26 June 2026 and asked: Do the studio queen rooms have space for an armchair? Best Western Plus Hotel Stellar's reply: "The apartment does have the space for an object the size of an armchair, however, the movement of furniture is restricted, by the hotel." I therefore decided only to stay at the hotel for one week. The room I had was on the 5th of 6 floors and was towards the rear of the building, with no view to speak of. There was indeed room for an armchair; however, the desk chair was wide and nice enough to rest for a little while. The room was nicely presented and was clean. I really liked the layout, although the wardrobe is in the kitchen part and the dining table is in the bedroom part of the room. A big bottle of water is in the room and priced at $4.50 as well as a few sachets of coffee and tea bags. The crockery is limited; I would have preferred a big salad/pasta bowl as well as a sharp, carving or slicing knife. A chopping board or worksurface cover would also be of benefit. The bathroom is nice; however, it isn't double-glazed and can get cold. With a heat light in the ceiling, it soon warmed up, and there was plenty of hot water. The hotel also uses eco-friendly bamboo toilet paper, which is good for the environment and strong whilst still being soft and kind to your bottom area! Housekeeping and reception staff are friendly and professional and help set the tone of the stay. They also stored my luggage for me when I arrived early in the morning before check-in and again after check-out for a few hours, enabling me to fully enjoy both days. If you are coming straight from the airport, get the train direct to Museum station, then walk up Liverpool Street to the top of the park and you'll see the hotel just a little way down Wentworth Ave. The rooms do get some noise from the hallway as the doors are not soundproofed, but it is fleeting.

The midnight memory was like a movie, because I liked the exterior of the hotel. There was a Sydney house nearby, so I walked. It was normal inside, but the employee was so nice and cleaned every time.
