Ellis has really let me down this year. I am a returning customer but after our stay I will not be. We had an unpowered site along the back and the camp kitchen fluorescent light was left on all night long and shone right into our van. At $73 a night I'd expected better. Ammenties need more upkeep, rubbish and no soap. Dirt sites have been jammed in next to each other and they try to squeeze in more despite peoples large caravans. This has significantly changed and it feels like it is only to accommodate the rich.

Lovely location, good facilities all clean and well maintained. Great pool, we spent an excellent couple of nights here.

Very disappointing experience – poor customer service Unfortunately, our stay at Ellis Beach Oceanfront Holiday Park was very disappointing. We stayed there for 5 nights and the customer service was extremely poor, and the staff were not helpful or friendly at all. At times, it felt like guests were treated as though they were a burden rather than valued customers. I expected much better hospitality, especially for a holiday park in such a beautiful location. The overall experience was frustrating and left me very disappointed. The only positive was the location of the bungalow, being right on the beachfront, which was lovely. Unfortunately, everything else about the experience fell well below expectations. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. The beautiful beachfront location cannot make up for the poor customer service and overall experience.

You can't beat the location. For locals a major advantage is that you can bring your dog, rarely this is an option. The cabins are absolutely on the beach. Your vacation will have the beautiful background sound of waves. The staff are very attentive and accommodating.

Paradise Beach location is beautiful, but that’s where it ends. The place is _extremely_ Noisy Toilets weren’t cleaned daily, and when they were done it was not properly. For the price we paid it felt very overpriced. If you’re a light sleeper or care about cleanliness, I’d stay elsewhere. Location can’t make up for no sleep. *Not worth the price* Location at Paradise Beach is great. Downsides: Extremely noisy all night from the main highway right outside. Couldn’t sleep. Way overpriced for what you get. Would not recommend unless you wear earplugs and don’t care about cleanliness.

Lovely beach front location and curlews to admire

If you love the ocean and prefer a peaceful place, this is a perfect choice. You can relax by the beach, soak up the sunshine, cook in the kitchen, and enjoy quality time chatting with friends. It’s a wonderful place to unwind and slow down.
