We have booked hotel and paid for it, also we have contacted them for confirmation they said to come but once we visited there they said no rooms were available and they have given another hotel room which is crown in that is more worst than lodge. That don’t even have water facility, no fan and no ac. Also we checked out within 15 mins with informing them. They said to ask refund from agoda. But once we initiated they frequently call us to ask for money for that 15 mins. At some point they started to threaten us to give police complaints and we also said to give the same. Then they don’t call back yet. Don’t ever go there even if they offer zero cost for rooms. I would not even give a single star for this hotel. Location is also very dirty. Both hotels were worst.
