Good As You

Good As You is a support and social group for LGBTQ+ people and anyone questioning their gender or sexuality, running in Bangalore since 1994. It meets weekly at the Swabhava office in Sampangi Rama Nagar, and since the pandemic some meetings also happen online. People come to talk through coming out to family, marriage pressure, work and relationships. The group marked its 30th anniversary in September 2024 with the 10th edition of its publication Sangamithra, and in 2026 spoke out against the amended transgender law. Meetings are for LGBTQIA+ people only; contact the group before turning up.
