Hôtel Eden

The place should be called a hostel and not a hotel. The rooms are really cramped. There is no room to move. It is not comfortable with children. You can hear everything that happens outside inside the room as if it were inside the room.

We arrived for one night. I knew we wouldn't be able to arrive in time for check-in, I received personal service from Beggenai with all the details for late check-in. I chose a room with a jacuzzi and we took full advantage. Boutique hotel, calm and cozy Thank you

We stayed for the night, a stopover, a very nice place, a good location, a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants, Andrew in Kabbalah is charming and kind, everything is clean and tidy with a good smell.

The room looks nice in the photo, but when we arrived, everything was old, the paint was peeling, and the view from the balcony was of some branches and fences.

Bad!!!! Bad!!! Old hotel, we got a room with dampness in the shower and a leak, there was no hot water!! Claiming that the boiler was broken, the room was above a bar with terrible noise, zero empathy and ignoring the problems, we ran away from the hotel in the morning, yuck!!! Don't go near it, it's not worth a shekel!!

This is the perfect basic hotel. The team here is sooo nice and helpful. And the location is perfect, walking distance from all the major attractions

Service was very good. We will definitely go back there. Hotel is not new, but neat, interestingly decorated and clean.

Wonderful hotel, very pleasant staff. Breakfast was delicious. The area is quiet, the view from the balcony is stunning.

Bad hotel There is no hot water in the hotel And after receiving the payment there is no one to talk to, the owner of the place hung up the call inside and simply did not answer anymore. Not recommended at all... I am not going to keep quiet about this We will meet in court!!

We wanted to express our gratitude to the amazing Evgeni who helped us book 6 rooms for a friends trip to Haifa, he was patient, kind and resourceful. Thanks to Ofer for his patience and help. We had a great time 🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽 It's true, it's not the newest place, or the biggest rooms, but the service and the location are excellent!!! Everything on a small budget and they made everything great❤️❤️❤️

This is a hotel that reminds you why location is sometimes half the vacation, and why a towel is not something to be underestimated. Let's start with the good. The location is excellent. You leave the hotel straight to the real Haifa, close to everything, without making any effort and without stressful navigation apps. In addition, the value for money is definitely fair. You don't feel like you've been worked on, which is already quite an achievement in the hotel world. And now for the less entertaining, but necessary part. The towels are small and unpleasant, the kind that make you wonder if they've been washed or just a spiritual experience. There were no towel racks in the bathroom, which turns the drying experience into a creative game. There's also no toothbrush holder, so the brush goes on a survival journey on the sink. And the shower stream is weak, the kind that caresses you more than it actually washes you. And for dessert, the street noise. At night you don't just sleep in a hotel, you participate in the life of the city. Cars, sirens and random conversations climb from the road straight into the room, so if you were looking for complete silence, this is not the place, and if you always wanted to feel part of the urban fabric even at 2 am, you got a bonus In conclusion, the Eden Hotel is a reasonable choice for those looking for a good location and a reasonable price, and are willing to compromise a little on the bathroom experience. With a few small improvements, and especially a little more current and a little less miniature towel, it could turn another nice hotel into a truly pleasant experience.
