Great location, convenient. Great place to lay your head if you spend most of your day out.

Great concept. Electric beds and light controls are a plus. I would like to see more nights to sign up and socialize at a local bar. Currently only 1 per month. Breakfast was nice but more variety welcomed. Overall quiet except one night where a guest arrived at 2:30am waking people up arguing with someone who I think was an unauthorized guest. They need to better enforce quiet time.

First pod room experience. Everything was very clean and well maintained: pods, shower area, toilets. Didn’t seem to have a problem with accessibility to showers or toilers when needed. It was pretty quiet except for opening and closing of pod shades and suitcases zipping and unzipping, but the use of earplugs helped a lot (and they had complimentary ones at the front desk). The only real drawback for me was the room temperature. It was a consistent 76.1F or 24.5C. This was just too warm for me to sleep well. In both my physiological training the optimal environmental temperature for human rest is 65F or 18.3C. Generally, my experience is cooler is better for me to feel well rested. The bed comforter is also European style (no separate top sheet) and I got too hot under it. Aside from a fan on/off option to increase airflow, there is no ability to adjust the temperature in the pods. If you can sleep well warm or it doesn’t matter that much to you, this is a great place to stay in the heart of Tokyo!

I was surprised by the amaizng location and the hotel is so clean and staff is superb. Its grwat value for money - offcourse you only have your pod (like a rectangle box with twin bed , place to keep luggage) but I highly recommend for solo travelers. Its 5 mins walk from shibuya sky, ichiran ramen, flippers, don quito, loft, parco. Its a hustling bustling place outside and inside the hotel is quite and peaceful with clean shar d bathrooms

Location, location, location! The Millenials, Shibuya, is perfectly located to explore Tokyo. You can walk to lots of nearby attractions including the Shibuya Crossing, Meiji Jingu Shrine and Takeshita Street. Staff were so friendly and gave me a warm welcome. Staff spoke great English so I felt reassured I would be able to ask for help if I needed anything. It’s nice they provide basic amenities like slippers, hair ties, hair brushes, etc for free. I really enjoyed the breakfast: they provide omelet, sausage, yogurt, granola, sliced fruit, a variety of breads, tea/coffee and juice - I was really impressed and it meant I started every day well fed :) The communal space was a great place to sit and relax and you could relax alone or chat with others, either was fine. I met some nice other solo travellers. Things to improve: a light under the bed for the storage drawer would be helpful, as I couldn’t see anything!!! I had to use my phone torch to see the lock safe code and storage drawer. The shelf was too high for me (lol) and I wished there was a side shelf to place things on more easily. Some guests were very noisy, rummaging around suitcases and banging the shades at 5am. This isn’t really the hostel’s problem but be mindful that it depends on the other guests as to how well you’ll sleep. That said, it was mostly silent which was great and I felt safe leaving my items there and using the small lockbox for important belongings. Overall, I would definitely recommend you stay here and I would come again in future!

Top notch all round, stayed at the start of my trip then finished up back there for the final 3 nights in Tokyo... Excellent staff, clean, great location 👍

Met some great people here. Breakfast is OKAY at best. Bed was clean and spacious. Also has storage under for your luggage you’re not separated from it. It felt like I was staying at CitizenM hotel chains. Washroom and toilets were also very clean. Was happy to see a washer and dryer combo helped a lot.

The BEST hostel I have ever stayed at! Super super clean general areas, friendly staff, very quiet sleeping areas, great shower stalls, awesome location in Shibuya! They have lockers if you want extra security for your belongings, but the dorms have great security precautions and I didn’t have any issues with leaving my stuff in my little cube.

Super place, 5 min walk from Shibuya. Clean, quiet and just amazing. Just 9 beds per floor, 4 restrooms and 3 showers per floor. On 4 and 3 has a community area with free tea.
