Considering that most budget accommodations cost around 6,000 yen, this is excellent value for money. I stayed overnight on Saturday for 6,500 yen. It's more spacious and comfortable than typical capsule hotels. Amenities are provided. I booked a slightly larger room, so there was a desk and chair, making it extremely comfortable. The futon was also clean. There's no door, just a curtain, so you can hear other people passing by and their conversations can be noisy, but otherwise it's not a big deal. There was also a washing machine. The toilets were very clean, and there were multiple showers, so I had no trouble using them. Body soap, shampoo, and conditioner were provided free of charge. At this price and with this level of comfort in the heart of Osaka, I have no complaints.

Overall, it was clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I really liked that it was a capsule hotel but offered semi-private rooms. The only drawback was that the ladder was too vertical, making it difficult to climb up and down. Other than that, I have no complaints. I will use it again.

The bath towels are so stiff they feel like scrubbing towels, the hairdryer is just a gentle breeze, the mattress is flat, and there are idiots who take showers in the middle of the night. There are a lot of downsides, but the fact that you can stay in this location for around 3000 yen and have great amenities is a huge plus. There are a few things you have to put up with, but it's much better than staying in an internet cafe. Also, I wish they would have a lights-out time. When they were making a racket and banging noises upstairs (halfway up) at 2 AM, I almost hit the ceiling.

It's incredibly clean, and the layout of the shower, toilet, and lockers is fantastic! The cost performance is also excellent; I wouldn't want to go back to any other accommodation.

This was my first time staying in a hostel, and the cleanliness was really good. However, I just couldn't get used to the lack of personal space, so I was planning to cancel my stay. But the hotel still helped me get a refund, which was very generous.

I stayed there for a week. My personal space had a desk and chair, a lockable locker, and a TV. There was a 7-Eleven and Lawson nearby, and it was only about a 15-minute walk from Shinsaibashi.

It's spacious for a capsule hotel, and since it faces sideways to the corridor, noise isn't a problem. There's also a lockable storage compartment in the sleeping area. Overall, it was very good.

Decent stay overall. The capsules are clean and perfectly fine for a night or two, nothing fancy but they do the job. That said, the setup isn’t very user-friendly. There are many rules and having to use lockers for everything makes it a bit of a hassle. Also, charging women nearly €10 more than men for the exact same stay is hard to justify and leaves a bad impression.

This is my second time staying here. I really appreciate that they provide loungewear, and the amenities are excellent. I would like to stay here again!

The staff were very polite and helpful. When I had a problem and needed advice, they responded flexibly. I think the quality of the hotel is a major factor in whether a trip is good or bad. This was my first time staying here, but I would like to stay again.
