The location is excellent, and I appreciate the complimentary services such as the drink dispenser and, depending on the season, the ice cream I received. I stayed in a twin room, which wasn't spacious but was perfectly adequate. I would like to stay here again when I'm in Sapporo. It was disappointing that I had to use my card key to use the elevator at check-in and that I wasn't informed about the complimentary services. Other front desk staff explained everything properly, so I think I just got unlucky.

It was great that it was close to Susukino and Odori Park, and best of all, it was just a short walk to the bus stop for New Chitose Airport. The room was a twin, but the bed was right by the door, and the toilet and bathroom were on the window side, which made it very inconvenient. The hairdryer was a 2019 Panasonic, but many hotels costing around 10,000 yen a night have better hairdryers, so this needs improvement. The toothpaste in the amenities had a strange taste, perhaps due to spices. The refrigerator was small and difficult to put things in and take them out of. There was no shoehorn near the door. There was an ice maker on the first floor, but you had to bring an ice bucket from your room. There was a washing machine and dryer, but they were quite old and looked like they would make you hesitate to use them. The female staff at the front desk were very kind, and they offered free tea and coffee, as well as sweets at check-in. The location is excellent for accessing shops and other places, so I would recommend this hotel to people who don't mind the minor inconveniences.

The hotel is located in the heart of Susukino. The room I stayed in had a spacious unit bathroom. There was a screw or some other protrusion on the floor in front of the entrance to the unit bathroom, and it felt like it was poking the sole of my foot.

The location was actually better because it is situated within one block of Nikka-san Boulevard, so it wasn't noisy. I was very satisfied as Mega Donki, various restaurants, the airport bus stop, and Nikka-san are all within a 5-minute walk. There was a staff member who spoke Korean during check-in, making the process very comfortable. The room size was not much different from a standard Japanese hotel room, but considering the location, I felt it was quite reasonable.

The reception staff were polite, the hotel was clean, and the location was good, but the only downside was that the refrigerator in the room didn't get cold at all.
