rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so poor that I feel compelled to warn others. First and foremost, the cleanliness was appalling. The bedsheets had visible stains, which is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to be of a certain standard. It was beyond disappointing to have to sleep in such conditions, and it completely ruined my stay. To make matters worse, I noticed that the hotel Manager and Staff seem to be writing their own glowing reviews on their page. It felt disingenuous and only added to my frustration. If the hotel really cared about customer feedback, they would address the actual issues rather than fabricating positive reviews. I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel. It's clear they don't prioritize the comfort or satisfaction of their guests. Save your time, money, and peace of mind—look elsewhere for a more reliable and clean option.
