Seda Abreeza

We had a generally pleasant stay at Seda Abreeza. The hotel offers a comfortable and relaxing environment, and most aspects of our experience were enjoyable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, while the staff were mostly professional and courteous throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the hotel amenities, especially the pool and the gym, which were both clean and well-kept. One of the highlights was definitely the superb buffet breakfast. There was a great variety of food choices, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. It was a great way to start the day. However, we did encounter one disappointing experience during check-out. The staff member assisting with our baggage handled our things quite roughly while transferring them from the trolley into our car, which unfortunately resulted in one of our bags getting ripped. It was disheartening, especially considering the level of service we expected from the hotel. Despite that incident, our overall stay was still good. I hope the management can further improve baggage handling and staff care to ensure a consistently excellent guest experience.

Since its renovation the club room facilities have been poor. I hate the concept as its about table service rather than free and easy pick what you need. The welcome isn't what is was. Its one of the 4 star hotels around and you are restricted by choice. The cost isn't really competitive.

Location is great ' and food is ok but they could do better same as the room! Cleanliness could improve better
