Networld Hotel Spa and Casino

I used the sauna and restaurant, not the hotel. The curry was packed with ingredients and generous in portion size, very satisfying 😎 The sauna was renovated, so it's quite clean. I've been using it for a long time, but during my stay, I wanted to come every day 😆

I was going to check in. But I saw Norman Mangusin aka Francis Leo Marcos checking in.. my wife and I changed our minds. Norman is so rude and rude, especially when he eats.. he spits, spits, spits, and then the worst part is his phlegm that goes straight to the table napkin.. ewww,, I don't feel like eating. He's rude and rude. They're all locked up and nothing has changed.

Upscale Spa, very nice, great price, sauna , Jacuzzi, cold pool and a great massage ... Unbeatable hospitality . I will be returning 😃🙏

I booked this hotel for my stay from March 14 to 15. Due to the ongoing issues in the Middle East, my flight was cancelled, and I promptly contacted both the hotel and the third-party platform through which I made the booking to request a cancellation from March 11-12 prior to the date of check in. Despite my timely efforts, the process of obtaining a refund has been extremely difficult. I have also received misleading information, including claims that I had already used the booking and checked in, which is incorrect, as I remained in the UAE and was unable to travel to the Philippines. Additionally, I was informed that my cancellation request was made on March 21, when in fact I had already sent my request on March 12. This situation reflects a serious lack of coordination and accuracy in handling customer concerns. While I am no longer confident that my refund will be processed, I expect a proper explanation regarding these discrepancies. Moving forward, I will avoid booking with this hotel due to this experience.

The restaurant Le Amoretto cafe bar and restaurant is a very very slow service kind of restaurant. The manager is also ineffective and doesn’t care about customers. I have pressed the buzzer multiple times and nobody bothered to take my order and when manager was asked if it’s working, he says the buzzer was working. Unfortunately , my experience with this restaurant is disappointing and the excessive amount of waiting time for your order is bad. Manager also left a negative impression to the visitors of this hotel.
