Casaroyal Hotel propulsé par Cocotel

The hotel is quite dated and desperately needs a thorough renovation. From water smelling of rust or rotten eggs, to balcony doors that won't close properly, to peeling paint, it has it all. Unfortunately, the location, right on a busy road, isn't ideal either, as it's noisy day and night. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is good, and the staff's service is almost unbeatable. All the employees are very friendly, helpful, and always available.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, you could already feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. You can really tell they care about their guests and take pride in what they do. What made the experience even more special was the owner’s hospitality. It’s not every day you get to meet an owner who personally makes sure guests are comfortable and well taken care of. That personal touch made our stay feel extra special and sincere, not just transactional. The place itself was clean, cozy, and very well maintained. Everything we needed was readily available, and any small request we had was handled quickly and politely. Overall, it was such a pleasant and stress-free stay. Definitely a place we’d gladly come back to and recommend to friends and family. 💛
