Hôtel Regency Park

First time to check in on this hotel last June 4-7 with my family… I think that this hotel needs urgent improvement- swimming pool is not tiles and was covered by a plastic mat and a bit dangerous because we can feel the electric wiring under 😟 .. On our first day , they gave us a family room but inside room smell is not so good and also pillows smells like it wasnt changed so i talk to the receptionist on this matter - they change it rightaway.. Thanks to Khym - filipino staff for checking us regulary and she knew our concern about our room.. Fortunately they move us on another room but on our new room why NO TELEPHONE inside at all!?? Also outside room smells cannabis so not advisable for children or infant to go outside all the time.. They have veranda outside room but tables and chairs were not totally clean… I hope that this feedback would improve as soon as possible as ther location is very good- near Emsphere Mall , Makro supermarket , some streetfoods shops, and also a 10 minute walk to BTS PHROMPONG Station. KUDOS TO KHYM in the reception for always looking after us.. Thank you Arawana ! Hope theres an improvement as i would love to come back there…thank you!

Very beautiful property and the prices are very affordable, best hotel ever like the staff is so polite and helpful the Tommy’s are super clean and big . The food is also great

First of all the location is great it’s opposite the EMSPHERE mall. The others were not as expected. The lobby was full of cannabis smells, the elevator and each floor look creepy and old, inside the room was clean but very low maintenance many furniture are broken and the bathroom was very scary the most disappointing is the towels are grey not clean enough.
