I am impressed with the service from the staff every time I visit, especially with a staff member named Tik; she is very friendly and provides excellent service.

Nice location, not far, walkable from the Red Line train station.

A group of elderly people, aged 75-85, were having a get-together in the restaurant, about a dozen of them. They rarely get together, and everyone wanted to have fun, sing, and see friends. Previously, there was karaoke, but I've never encountered such rude behavior from the staff. Even though they were older, they shouldn't have spoken so disrespectfully to every customer who went up to sing. Not only were they grumpy, but their language was awful. Every elderly person who sang was treated poorly. The microphone wasn't working either. It was a terrible experience. I'm very disappointed and will not be impressed with the hotel anymore. It was awful, really awful. If the hotel doesn't improve and this continues, it will only get worse.

The place is clean and the atmosphere is nice, perfect for relaxing.

The room price is reasonable, and with access to the sauna, it's great value for money. The room is clean and tidy.
