The spa facilities are located within the Pullman Hotel, so it goes without saying that it was clean and luxurious. Thanks to my masseuse, Bua, I had a very relaxing time. Thank you🙏🇨🇷

Awsome, simple love it

This was a truly wonderful massage. I only had massages here for a few days during my trip. I'm so excited to get a massage here again when I return to Bangkok that I'm considering staying at the Pullman Bangkok King Power Hotel. I've had massages from several different therapists, and they're all incredibly high quality. I've also left the names of the ones I particularly liked, so you can designate them when you get a massage later. Recommended Masseuse: Ben, Kan It was such a great massage. Review based on one 60-minute coconut oil massage and one 60-minute organic oil massage. What a wonderful experience! The welcome was very warm and professional. You fill out a medical form with your preferences regarding the areas you would like more intensive treatment. A refreshing drink is offered in a softly lit setting that immediately invites relaxation. Impeccable hygiene; the massage room is very spacious with a changing area and a lockable storage room for your belongings. Then comes your appointment for the massage, in a room with the temperature adjusted to your comfort. The massage bed is very comfortable with a headrest. Both massages were performed with great care and expertise, according to my desired pressure level. What beautiful moments of relaxation and well-being! I highly recommend the Pullman Spa for its exceptional professionalism!

It's meant to be a 5 star hotel spa so standards and expectations are high. Finished 7 minutes early. The lady was clearly focused on just clocking off. Nice space but tbh out of all the massages we've had here in Bangkok, this was the worst and most expensive! Go to let's relax playa Thai instead!

good massage

I’ve stayed at Pullman King Power twice on Luxury Escape. I would normally not have a massage in a hotel unless it’s already included in a room package. Unfortunately this second time, I had the worse massage I’ve ever had in my entire experience. I had a traditional Thai massage many times in different places over my years of travel. I wasn’t going to write this review but it has been bothering me and on my mind ever since I had the worse massage on December 19th at 3pm appointment. My room number 502. My massage therapist is inexperienced. Her hands are too smooth. Too soft. And worst of all “cold”! It felt uncomfortable. Her massage movements were soft and touchy. Not pressing. There wasn’t any stretching which comes with a Thai massage. It got worse. Towards the end of the 1 hour massage, instead of a traditional massage of stretching of my arms and twisting my body, there wasn’t any of those. Both her hands were rubbing the top of my head ie my hair like what you will get from having your hair shampooed! Another thing. When we first arrived at the spa, we were asked to complete a form and write down which area of our bodies we like the massage therapist to focus on. In my case, I’ve written down my back right shoulder and neck. The therapist didn’t massage the area at all. The therapist is inexperienced. I feel she is in a wrong job. She should have been working in a hair saloon. My partner on the other hand had a good massage therapist. We shared the same massage room. A waste of my 1 hour especially when it’s meant to be helpful and relaxing.

Went with my friend twice for herbal and Thai massage. Both times, with four different masseuses, the experience was terrible. ☠️☠️ Not sure why there are so many good reviews. We felt they lacked skill and massaged strange areas like the knee and directly on my spine. They didn’t use oil but stretched my skin (neck and hands) with very bad and painful way They spent about 40% of the time walking back and forth to take and return the herbal balls.
