Unfortunately, this hotel was a huge disappointment. Before my trip to Phuket, I was very excited to stay here because the hotel looked amazing on social media, but the reality was completely different. When I arrived at the lobby after a long and tiring journey, I experienced a significant delay before being allowed to check in. The room I received was located in a different building and was not the room type I had originally selected. The room itself had a very strong damp and musty smell. There was noticeable humidity throughout the room, including the bedding, which was uncomfortable and made it difficult to relax. Everything felt moist and poorly ventilated. I had rented a motorbike and noticed that although there was parking available downstairs, every time I wanted to leave the hotel I had to stop at reception and provide my room number and motorbike details so they could open the parking gate. This was very inconvenient and often caused delays, especially when the reception area was busy. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. The dining area was often chaotic, with some guests displaying poor dining etiquette, making the atmosphere unpleasant and far from what I would expect from a quality hotel experience. I have visited Phuket around 20 times, and sadly this was the worst experience I have ever had. The hotel was far below my expectations, and unfortunately this trip left me extremely disappointed. Regrettably, this will be my last visit to Phuket for the foreseeable future. Despite all the issues mentioned above, we decided to give the hotel another chance and stayed for two more days. However, after requesting housekeeping service and returning to our room, we found what appeared to be a blood stain on the bed sheets. At that point, it was simply the final straw. The situation forced us to leave the hotel late at night and search for alternative accommodation, despite having five nights remaining on our reservation. Travelling with my family, this was both physically exhausting and emotionally stressful. More than anything, it completely destroyed our confidence in the hotel’s cleanliness standards, and we no longer felt comfortable staying there. It is genuinely upsetting to spend time and money on a holiday expecting to relax and enjoy yourself, only to end up dealing with situations like this. That being said, I would like to sincerely thank the hotel manager, Anu, who made a genuine effort to assist us and handle the situation professionally. Unfortunately, despite his efforts, the overall experience was too disappointing for us to continue our stay

Very good, bed is so comfortable. Mercedes is super and kind Kaew and jaeyon are nice. Boat driver is nice also brealfast and pool very good

This is one of the best hotel you will find near patong .. good food , good rooms & five star services !!! Patong Beach , famous Bangla road , so many eateries …. Mall entry is from inside the hotel !!! Over all it’s a wonderful experience!!! I want to do special thanks to staff BEBE & Mercedes , they were very helpful & supportive !!!
