Good for the price

For me it's the best guesthouse in Pattaya, quiet, clean, safe, I'll definitely go back

Decent. Clean. Get what you pay for. Friendly staff and close to beaches. Right on baht bus path and off a busy street quiet for Pattaya but in the middle of the action and shops. Great place

I think it's worth the price. The room was clean and the air conditioner was fairly new. You can wash your clothes in the washing machine on the first floor and hang them out to dry on the balcony. There were plenty of hangers in the room, which I made good use of. There's no sign outside, so it can be a bit tricky to find the hotel the first time, but I think it's best to use the address. When I searched on Bolt, it directed me to a different location. I caused trouble for the driver. Despite being close to the downtown area, there's a hospital across the street, so it's quiet at night. There's also a washing machine and rental bikes on the first floor, which made for a convenient and comfortable stay. To check in and out, simply ask the man who seemed to be the owner or the maid. I arrived quite early, but they showed me to my room right away.

There was no sign, so it was a little hard to find, but I checked in after asking the owner, who was sitting on a sofa in the lobby. The room was relatively clean, and it was convenient to be able to hang out laundry on the balcony. The air conditioning was way too powerful, so it was cold. I recommend bringing your own amenities. I bought shampoo at a nearby supermarket, and used it from the shower to washing my hands and doing laundry. Pattaya has a lot to offer, so I recommend this hotel for people looking to save on accommodation costs.

It's a cheap little hotel, but there's no obvious sign outside; you have to look for the address to find it! The room is very basic, the Wi-Fi is a bit unstable, and there's only a small bar of soap; no shampoo was provided. Although it's on a bar street, it's quite quiet at night, so I'd recommend it for a night or two!

I've been staying at this guesthouse for a while now. It's very very nice, great location and a great price. Room very clean and comfortable. Jeep and his family are very nice, hardworking people. Very friendly staff here. I totally recommend this guesthouse to stay.

Budget hotel

I always choose the cheapest deals with a private toilet. The building is old, as is the wiring, meaning you can't lie in bed with your phone charging. The air conditioner was rattling. Everything else is fine. There's even some semblance of a safe.

I had a wonderful time at BR guesthouse. The girl working at the hotel (Tik) is lovely and helpful, I had great pleasure to talk to her. She invited me to have dinner with her friends during Songkran, I had a great evening, thank you Tik! And also lovely cats in the office :) I'll be definitely back!

Great place. Affordable. Lovely staff. Rooms are clean. Iternet and aircon work well. Shower ok, tv ok. Quiet. Well located. Hidden gem for budget travelers imo.
