In soon they will open. Its amazing there. 02.07.26 i use the pool today. Very nice and clean. Friendly staff and boss. Thx
We were disappointed with our experience regarding check-in. The advertised check-in time was 2:00 PM, but after a long journey we arrived a few hours early and were told we needed to pay 800 baht for early check-in. What made this more frustrating was that a member of staff had previously told us that early check-in would cost 15% of our booking price, which would have been approximately 640 baht, not 800 baht. When we spoke to reception the following morning, we were then informed that we had effectively paid for an extra day’s stay rather than an early check-in fee. We felt this was unreasonable, especially as we appeared to be the only guests at the hotel at the time and our room was already prepared and ready for occupancy. Greater transparency and consistency regarding early check-in charges would have made for a much better customer experience.
Overall, it's rubbish. The rooms are small; I can't imagine two people living there. Most rooms overlook a noisy, dusty road or a blank wall. There's nowhere to dry clothes, no place to eat, no dishes, and no balcony. There are rooms with windows facing the interior—at least it's quiet and the view is okay. The lobby is disgusting, uninviting, and there's no place to relax—the sofas are crap. The parking lot has no roof—bikes get very hot in the sun or completely wet if it rains, and they're dusty, as there are construction sites all around the hotel, with construction vehicles driving around and dragging dirt from the sites. The pool is generally okay. The staff is smiling and helpful. The gym is decent, but they offer boxing gloves, pads, and pads, but no punching bags or heavy bags. The location is questionable—the closest beach is Layan, but you can't walk there, you have to drive. Layan has very little infrastructure. There's little infrastructure around the hotel, but there's a 7-11 across the street. There are no massages nearby. There's a paddleboard club nearby.
I implore you to book elsewhere. There are hundreds of wonderful thai accommodations, find a reputable long term resort. Pros: Great pool, gym and evening restaurant. Cons: Very small rooms that get incredible warm even with AC low. On top of that, one night in and i get dozens of bites all over my legs. They changed the linen and no more bites. Which means they likely have a bedbug issue. My legs are on fire a week later. The location is far from the main strip. You can’t safely walk around the area. If you rent a bike/car they have no awning so it’s in the elements. I won’t even get started on the all the dust and construction. Your best bet is to rely on taxi/grab car. I genuinely would not return if it was free.
Terrible location, there is nothing around and no sidewalks to get anywhere. Constant construction noise all around with dust. The rooms are very small especially in comparison to other Thai resorts. Book elsewhere for a much better experience.
Wooow A truly wonderful hotel in every way. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is excellent, and the hotel offers a full range of services that made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again.
