Cat Tien Villa Hoi An

We cycled all the way from Thailand with a group of six friends and had an amazing stay at Cat Tien Villa Hoi An. The rooms were clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The location is perfect, close to Hoi An Old Town with lots of great food nearby. The swimming pool was a nice bonus, and the laundry service was very useful for cyclists and long-term travelers. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back if we visit Hoi An again.

Cat Tien Villa is the best homestay in Hoi An. Traveling around every corner of Hoi An on a bicycle lent by the villa was a truly precious experience on my first trip. Both the owners are very polite and thoughtful, ensuring a comfortable stay without any inconveniences or difficulties. Although it is a bit far from the Old Town, cycling there is difficult due to the congested traffic; however, the roads here are quiet and the scenery is peaceful, making for a truly relaxing trip. My luggage was heavy when I moved here from my previous accommodation, so I dropped off my laundry, and I discovered that they offer a laundry service at an affordable price. If I had known in advance, I could have saved the hassle of dropping off and picking up my clothes. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay; I will definitely come back. Thanks to your smiles and thoughtfulness, I had a great time!

Stayed at Cat Tien Villa for a month. Location is very good by being in walking distance to the rice fields and being at the edge of town in the same time. Less than 10 minutes to the beach via scooter The room was very clean and new and even had a nice balcony to watch the sunset and nature in the back. Free bicycles are available and you can rent a scooter daily/monthly. The owner family is super cute and friendly. Will come back here when I’m in Hoi An again.

The property is managed by couple it has got swimming pool at entrance. They don't serve food but no issues near to it has various type of restaurant. They are very humble and welcoming. Blindfolding you can trust them and book a apartment.

Its far from the ancient town but lovely owner offers bicycle so it was very convenient. Very clean and safe which I am extremely picky about 🙌🏻

I’ve stayed for about a year & it’s been a really positive experience. The hosts are incredibly welcoming & make you feel at home right away, there’s a genuine sense of warmth & care. The location is fantastic: close to Old Town, within easy reach of the market, & not far from the beach, so everything you need is nearby. The place itself is always clean & well-maintained & the hosts are consistently helpful whenever anything comes up. Overall, it’s a comfortable, convenient & friendly place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a homestay with a peaceful atmosphere.

I was assigned room 301 for a two-night stay. Since it was on the stairs, moving my suitcase was difficult. The biggest advantage was that the bed and sheets were dust-free and quite spacious enough for two people. However, there were downsides. Although there were shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner bottles in the bathroom, the shower gel was empty and only a small sample of shower gel was provided. The air conditioner needed cleaning, and I had a very inconvenient experience using the toilet paper, which was located behind the toilet. I was worried about the sound of chickens in the evening, but the soundproofing was good; although I could hear them, it did not interfere with my sleep. I wondered if I had been assigned room 301 simply because I booked at a low price. The owner was kind and friendly.

Kieu is the nicest kindest person you come across in Vietnam. Rooms are great, private and have balcony with sofa you can chill on. I loved my stay and will highly refined it. It's half way between beach and old town which you can visit both by bike you get for free when you stay there. Thank you very much ❤️

A very friendly and professional welcome! Despite a problem with the room we booked, the owner found a suitable alternative within the property and was very accommodating! The location is lovely, nestled between the rice paddies and the town, which is easily accessible using the bicycles available for loan on site!

I enjoyed my stay here - the hosts are attentive and helpful. It’s in midtown so I had nice sleep for 3 nights away from honking and busy roads. You can do your laundry there at 30k per kg, which is very convenient. The mattress is very firm so not for everyone, but my back enjoyed it 😀 they also provide a transfer service from/to Da Nang at 300k which is cheaper than grab car.
