Hôtel Andorra Park

This review is for the Wellness Spa only. The spa needs renovations; the roof looks like it's falling apart, the ice fountain isn't working, and the outdoor terrace has four loungers with one broken umbrella. The showers in the changing rooms don't have hot water; we were told we had to wait for the water to run. It's a shame because the massage was relaxing and the therapists are excellent. In short, the service isn't worthy of a 5-star spa.

I would give it a 4 or 5 star rating, but the manager who serves breakfast was quite rude to me. He was unfriendly. On the first day, I asked if they had linden tea, and they barely paid any attention to me. I thought they would have it on the second day, but they didn't. A box might cost one or two euros at most. I also suggested it at reception; they were polite but didn't resolve the issue. On the third day, I bought some myself and brought it to breakfast. There was a woman who asked for avocados (which they didn't have for the other guests), and they did prepare them for her. Some guests are treated very well, and others worse; I don't know why. After tea and chamomile, linden is the most commonly used herbal infusion. It's not normal that they don't have it in a 5-star hotel. However, they did have other unusual infusions that hardly anyone drinks. I don't understand why the breakfast staff were so unprofessional and unfriendly to me; I don't know if it was because I'm Spanish from outside Catalonia.

A superb hotel that blends modern amenities with seamless integration into its surroundings. The facilities are of a very high standard, including swimming pools, a well-equipped gym, and more. The rooms are spacious and clean. Above all, the hotel staff are pleasant, smiling, and make you feel like a valued guest. The restaurant is excellent, with refined cuisine and impeccable service. My only slight complaint is that the portions aren't quite large enough for those with a hearty appetite.

Excellent! We felt incredibly well taken care of, starting with the receptionist! A charming and welcoming hotel. The room was very spacious, and the views were wonderful. There was also someone (Alex) who planned our city tour and arranged tickets for the spa. He provided incredibly useful information. For our first time in Andorra 🇦🇩, 100 points! 💯

The hotel is spot on with location and experience. We have 3 young kids and the double room was adequate and well priced. Being first timers to Andorra and seeking mountain biking experiences for the family we needed plenty of help and Alex at the concierge made it run so smoothly. After a few questions to the front desk she reached out. Bike camp, equipment, lift passes, private instructor; she nailed it all. So if you’re a first timer and need hand holding so there are no issues and you want to get going on arrival be sure to find Alex. She’s always at the concierge desk and even has a direct concierge WhatsApp. Thanx to all the other staff also. The front desk team are mega. If you’re seeking adventure and value Andorra is the spot. Check out Naturland also. Give yourself a solid half day though as plenty to do.

A very pleasant experience at this lovely hotel. The surrounding nature and tranquility are wonderful, yet it's very close to the city center (3 minutes on foot).

Had such a great time here, stayed after doing the coronallacs trail and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. The facilities were great, beautiful outdoor pool and managed to fit us in for a massage very last minute. They anticipated our needs and made sure we were able to do everything we wanted. The room was really comfortable and had a great view of the mountains. Would recommend highly!
