The hotel is very nice and centrally located, but you should know that you can use your mobile phone to enter the hotel, check in yourself, take the elevator, and go to your room. You can program your own key card at check-in. Very well thought out.

The recommended parking ticket from the hotel (€17) didn't work for the underground garage. Therefore, the daily parking fee (€40) had to be paid to even exit the garage. The total parking fee was €57 for a 14-hour stay. Despite contacting the hotel, there was no response.

Modern and clean rooms, excellent location in the heart of Graz and close to many tourist attractions and vibrant areas, near the city's main train station. Thank you for the coffee. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

The room was very clean, tidy, and modern, with everything you could need, all in impeccable condition. Self-check-in was also hassle-free. There were vending machines for drinks, coffee, and snacks. The location was very central, and the room smelled pleasant. There was a parking garage a two-minute walk away. There were no parking spaces directly at the hotel. Highly recommended!

Very clean, very quiet! It was my first time staying in a hotel without a reception desk. From ordering to check-in, everything went smoothly.

Unfortunately, there's only a coffee machine with good coffee, no breakfast buffet like it used to be when it was still called Feichtinger.
