Stayed with family for 4 nights Check in was smooth Room: stains on walls, curtains Bathroom was clean. Kitchen was tiny, just enough for a coffee and small breakfast. Glad they still provided a dish washer Service: minimum contact, but all professional and fast Location: 5min walk from midi. That’s convenient. We were there in summer hence felt somewhat safe to come back at 1030pm though it still gives you the vibe of a shady neighbourhood. Do not visit the closest Lidl to this place. You will be up for a nightmare. Shop at the station or elsewhere.

The neighborhood is a neighborhood near the station: like many parts of Europe, it's not a great place to live. The apartment is OK for those with average standards. Bring Nespresso capsules, two teaspoons, and some kitchen paper (like Scottex). The mirror in (my) bathroom isn't lit: it's not a good place to shave.

Nice apartment with everything you need for a small kitchen. The floor wasn't perfectly clean, but overall it was very decent. The apartment faces the back, so it's relatively quiet. The welcome was very warm. A small supermarket with all the essentials is right next to the building. The products are naturally a bit more expensive, but not excessively so. Just 5 minutes from the Gare du Midi train station, the location is excellent. Be aware that the neighborhood isn't very safe at night.
