Best Western Hotel Royal Centre

Reasonable for a night only.

We stayed one night, and in the morning, close to our check-out time, someone tried to open our room with the key card. A short time later, another man, whom we assume was from reception, came and tried to enter our room. We reported this to him, and he denied it. The fact is, they tried to enter our room, and nothing was done. The receptionist wouldn't even give us the manager's contact information. We are certain it was the receptionist himself who refused to help us. We didn't feel safe, but luckily we were close to our check-out time. We spent one night at the hotel, and the next morning, shortly before our departure time, someone tried to open our room with the key card. We are convinced that it was he himself who refused to help us. We didn't feel safe, but luckily it was nearing our departure time. We will see you at night in 's ochtends, if you check your eleven items, you will have to open the magnetic key. We are on our way without warning, but the truth was that it was one day after the fact.

The staff on duty were terrible and made no effort whatsoever. Instead of a king-size bed, they put in children's beds! The bed was small and uncomfortable, so I had to change hotels for something better and cheaper: MOTEL ONE at 120 Royal Street. The staff there were very friendly and helpful, and the beds were great, parking was easy, and they also had a large restaurant, two bars, two terraces, and a beautiful garden.

It was very clean, and the service was wonderful. This is a hotel I would definitely like to stay at again next time. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days this time. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and the front desk staff were very considerate, immediately checking the cleanliness of our room. They then allowed us to check in early. Since we had a long journey, we were very grateful for their thoughtfulness. Furthermore, the daily housekeeping was done very carefully, and we were able to stay in a clean and comfortable room every day. I saw a woman cleaning meticulously by herself, and it was thanks to her that we had such a wonderful stay. Even Japanese people, who are known for their cleanliness, would be very satisfied with the level of cleanliness. They even provided an extra item if we thought we might be missing, and I was touched by their thoughtfulness. Thank you so much. Thanks to the clean room, we were able to spend each day comfortably. Of all the hotels I have stayed at in Brussels, this is the best. I will definitely stay here again when I go to Brussels. The best location, the best front desk staff, the best female cleaning staff... They provided the best accommodation. Thank you so much.

Good value for money, welcoming staff, well-located hotel; however, the room wasn't very clean (you just had to duck your head to see under the bed), but it does the job.

Very well located, easily accessible by public transport. Only the parking is expensive.

Rooms are good but a lot of noise from outside, staff is nice. Breakfast could be better.

The Best Western Royal Centre is a modern, multi-story hotel located a 10-15 minute walk from the center of Brussels. The price for a two-night stay was reasonable, and there are elevators. The room was spacious, even though it overlooked an office building opposite. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, but without a bidet. There was a large sofa, a TV, and several amenities, including a safe and a minibar with two bottles of water. I recommend reviewing the pillows, as they are small. The room and hotel were clean overall, although the bathroom in our room could be cleaned better and the light switch was a bit worn. Professional staff.
