Ce que disent les critiques

Some visitors found their rooms to be clean and a good size for a hotel close to the center, despite being dated. However, a consistent complaint is the poor condition of the rooms and bathrooms, with many describing them as dirty, run-down, and in disrepair, along with issues like persistent smells and lack of an elevator.

The worst hotel: old, dirty, poorly run, they don't clean the rooms, the trash cans aren't emptied, the shower has no support, it's uncomfortable and too far away. The surroundings aren't bad, but it's very inconvenient. Please, if you want to have a good stay in Brussels, don't go to this hotel.

Not recommended at all!!!! Very dirty! We booked a room for one night and were given one with a window that had no rubber seal. It was therefore very noisy and cold! To top it all off, there were bedbugs!! They claimed to be fully booked and said they had no room to change rooms!! They quickly took our money, but didn't respond to our complaints!

We simply couldn't sleep. People in the next room played music all night and talked incredibly loudly, so they continued to party and be disrespectful. The worst part is, no one complained. There was no soundproofing whatsoever. The pillows were incredibly hard, the duvets were stained and too small. As for the rest, I don't know what the empty minibar was for, nor the kettle without coffee, tea, or even glasses or cups. Basically, it's far too expensive for what is, unfortunately, a rather outdated hotel. I'll stop there, despite many other issues.

Clean and well-designed hotel. However, it's old and in need of some renovation.

I didn't read the reviews, but perhaps I should have. For my part, I didn't stay more than an hour. The unpleasant guy asked us to wait upstairs with an air freshener can. Once in the room, near the window and bathroom door, there was fresh vomit. I was supposed to stay for the weekend, but I left 30 minutes after seeing feces on the toilet seat. Avoid this place! I didn't think a hotel costing €180 for two nights could be so disgusting. Shame on you for the hygiene and the lack of respect shown by the person who checked us in. Avoid it at all costs. Never set foot in that place for your life.
