Symbiose hôtel spa

The receptionist was lovely and super friendly. The rooms are super pretty and big. I booked the Golden Baby room, it was perfect. There are just two small points to note, but nothing serious. I just think there's no door to the toilet and the room is very noisy at night, unfortunately the vacuum cleaner is humiliating. Otherwise, everything was perfect and very clean. I'll definitely come back.

Very disappointed with this establishment: Foul odors from the moment I arrived at reception, and even stronger in the room. The pillows and the small blanket smelled unpleasant. There was no soap in the bathroom.

No Wi-Fi, no TV, no heating, the building is very run-down, and the breakfast is not recommended—expensive for what you get. Luckily, the receptionist was friendly.

The place was clean, no communication problems, and the staff was very welcoming. However, it was stiflingly hot and humid despite the fan, and the humidity control unit was too noisy. So, even without a sauna, you still feel like you're in one. It was impossible to open the window where we were, as we could see the restaurant staff. The exterior lights in the courtyard stayed on, so you were well lit all night. On the other hand, the iron stools for eating were absolutely uncomfortable.

I spent Tuesday night there. The room was clean and met my expectations. The staff were welcoming and friendly. A great experience! We'll be back 😁

Okay, but the receptionist there made people uncomfortable.

This isn't my first experience at this place, but it will be my last! I've never been so cold in a hotel. It was 11 PM, the window was open, and there was no heating. We called the manager, thinking it was a boiler problem since we had opened the thermostatic valves. Clearly dishonest and in a bad mood, he told us it was 23 degrees Celsius. Maybe in the jacuzzi, which was starting to fill up, but certainly not in the room. There were many signs of dampness on the walls, a clear lack of maintenance. There are plenty of other establishments of this kind, certainly better run, that we will definitely visit. Symbiose is to be avoided; saving money is all well and good, but not at the expense of the customers.
