Overall Great experience. Clean, fresh new towels and linens. Zara in the front is very polite, anhelped me with early check in and drop off to the airport.

Great location, super rooftop bar with lovely cocktails and views. A little pricey for Bulgaria, but not relative to other countries.

I originally wanted to book the InterContinental Hotel next door, but I found this hotel had a higher ranking on the hotel's list, so I booked it directly and it was cheaper. Unexpectedly, there's an amazing spa downstairs with hot and cold water swimming pools, a steam room, a sauna, lots of apples to grab, a sparkling water machine, and a gym. The rooftop restaurant has a great atmosphere, and there's a bar in the evening. Although it's not cheap, the service is excellent. I recommend going there for lunch; a set meal is 25 euros. However, the portions are huge; two people probably couldn't finish it. The rooms are huge, super comfortable, and very clean. It's just a pity that all the minibar items in the rooms cost extra.

I had a wonderful stay at Sense Hotel Sofia and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The hotel's location is perfect, with many of Sofia's main attractions within walking distance, making it very convenient for both sightseeing and business trips. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-designed, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, and housekeeping maintained a high standard throughout my visit. Every detail contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable experience. One of the absolute highlights of the hotel is the rooftop bar. It offers an excellent atmosphere with breathtaking panoramic views of Sofia and the impressive Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. Whether you visit during the day or in the evening, the view is truly unforgettable. It's the perfect place to enjoy a drink, relax after exploring the city, or simply admire the skyline. The service deserves special recognition. Every member of the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. They were always ready to help with recommendations, answer questions, and ensure that everything was perfect during my stay. Their hospitality made me feel valued as a guest. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy different tastes. Overall, Sense Hotel Sofia combines luxury, comfort, outstanding service, and one of the best rooftop experiences in the city. If you're looking for a stylish hotel with excellent service, an amazing rooftop bar, and spectacular views, this is definitely a place worth choosing. I would happily stay here again.

This boutique hotel was AMAZiNG. Well located with incredible views from the rooftop bar ! The rooms are quite spacious, comfortable, the spa is really nice and relaxing. The staff treated me so well! Really friendly and helpful staff. Every staff member was brilliant but I don’t remember their names except for Abigail. I would definitely stay here again.

I am extremely outraged by the fact that Bulgarian is not spoken at the reception. Regardless of the adoption of the euro, Bulgaria remains a sovereign state whose official language is Bulgarian. It is completely unacceptable for me, when I am in my own country, to be greeted only in English. I speak English and have no problem communicating in it when I am abroad. But in Bulgaria I expect service to begin in Bulgarian, and not to be put in a situation where I have to deal with staff who do not speak the official language of the country. Show me a country where it is normal practice at the reception not to speak the official language of the country. Such an example can hardly be given. This is not a question of foreign languages, but of respect for local citizens, for national identity and for elementary standards of service. I consider such a practice completely unacceptable and I hope that you will take the necessary measures so that service in Bulgarian is guaranteed.
