The hotel is very functional, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the breakfast is varied and generous. The rooms are a bit small, and it's difficult to leave two open suitcases without tripping over them. It's located a 20-minute walk downhill from the hotel to the town, so the return trip involves a constant uphill climb. In the evening, you need to be motivated to walk back into town. There's also a bus that stops nearby, but be prepared for the unpredictable nature of buses.

Everything was perfect for the price! Beach and small grocery store nearby. A bit far from the center (walking in the heat...) but I recommend it.

Good location, only a short walk to the Old Town. A bustling place, especially at the reception area. Has only two elevators per side, each with capacity only 4 passengers, with slow ascent/descent rates. Cramped room, with unpacking space for only one hand luggage. Floor not thoroughly vacuumed, small bits of cellophane and tissue paper detected. Thinly insulated walls, conversations in adjacent rooms audible, though indistinct. Adequate HVAC controls, but requiring flashlight to see panel readings clearly. Theft-proof, inconvenient hangers. Mattress and pillows comfortable. Bathroom cramped, single sink with adjacent counter space insufficient for toiletries. Shower cramped, with drainage unable to handle a brisk shower. No bathroom venting to handle toilet odors. Poorly fitted tiles, some areas with missing/poorlly finished grout. Breakfast buffet only passable. Overall experience acceptable for budget travelers; for more upscale guests, NOT recommended.

Walls 15 min drive away. Little space for guests. Little space for luggage. Great shower. Breakfast 6 out of 10. Reception 10 out of 10.

A lovely, clean hotel. The room was spacious enough; we had two double rooms with a connecting door. Room service was fine, and breakfast offered everything you could want in sufficient quantities. Nothing ever ran out. The bar was quite busy in the evening; yes, the prices are a bit high for a "normal hotel bar," but Dubrovnik is more expensive than other cities. We were very satisfied. The bus stop is 50 meters from the hotel. It's about a 10-15 minute walk into town, depending on your pace. I would book it again.
