Great value for money! Nice, clean rooms. Coffee, tea, coffee maker, tea maker provided. The information in the email is completely clear on how to get to the apartment. What is described corresponds to reality. It is in a very good location. The U Glaubicu pub and restaurant is nearby, I highly recommend it. Good prices, good beers. The food is also excellent and huge portions. KIND, attentive service.😊

The position is enviable. Truly close to Charles bridge and the Prague castle. The room was very big. We slept on practically two beds, joint in a huge double bed. The self check-in is very simple, they provide any detail by email.

Absolutely horrible system and communication. I was given no information on how to check in, and you need a code for the door to enter. As I arrived late there was no one I could contact. The people living in the building were nice enough to help me get inside and show me where to get my room key. I only found the door code inside an envelope with the room key, so it was pure luck that I even got a place to stay the night. Stay away, not worth the hassle. EDIT: I did NOT receive any emails about this (contrary to what the response said), and I called the number provided 5 times last night, and no one picked up. This is simply unacceptable. Please work through your processes and your customer communication.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Manager and cleaning staff was great. It’s on walking distance to all the major attractions

This is the first time I've seen a McDonald's where you have to pay for the restroom???? So, I bought food 🤯🤯🤯🤯 and I have to pay for the restroom? Some other places charge you for entry, okay, I agree. But charging extra... that's weird, to say the least.

I cannot believe this was my worst stay out of dozen stays I have experienced over the world. The reason – the heating was not working (outside temperature up to 10˚C during the day, colder in the night, I even prefer cooler environment but this was too much) and there were not able or willing to make it work. I called them many times (once they sent somebody to check, but it did not help), I called Booking to escalate it, after that they promised to change my room and compensate for the fact I had to sit there in boots and jacket and freezing during the night, but nothing happened again. Booking tried to communicate with the hotel, but the hotel did not reply. Terrible experience.

I'd like to mention that I'm evaluating it in terms of price-performance ratio. I stayed for a week. The location is excellent. You can see the bridge from the window. It was cleaned every day. I had no problems checking in or out.

Really good place to stay when you want to visit Prague, but no longer than 2-3 nights. There windows from street side are really loud and it is hard to sleep with open window.

Absolutely awful. The negative Booking.com reviews reflect my experience. The key wasn't there upon arrival – we had to wait 30 minutes. There was mold in the bathroom, dirty mattresses, dirty bedding, a dirty floor, and the toilet paper wasn't replenished. After complaining to the owner, I was promised a 10% discount and to pay for one night less – that was in October 2022. The agreement wasn't honored, and the owner is no longer responding. June 2023: Unfortunately, the owner never kept his word.

Arrogance on the phone. Parking 1km from the hotel, charged.

The beds were very comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent and can be highly recommended.
