Hotel Haven

Vsted for dinner and a cocktail at the bar, and it did not disappoint. The food was beautifully presented, the cocktails were excellent, and the atmosphere struck just the right balance between elegant and relaxed. What really made the evening though was the customer service.…every member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely a pleasure to interact with. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The room was small but very clean, functional, and quiet! The staff were professional and accommodating. Well located and very well served by public transport.

Loved the vibe at Hotel Haven. It feels small in the best way, with a bit of character you do not get everywhere. I left a QR code too, in case it helps someone find what is happening nearby.

Despite being a bit far from the central station, this hotel boasts high convenience and offers high quality through elegant renovations that preserve its classical charm. The breakfast, in particular, is excellent, with a beautiful setting and delicious menu items including Karelian pies, making for a perfect start to the day. The bar has a great atmosphere, with many regulars enjoying themselves. (A little tidbit) On April 30th, the day I stayed, the entire Market Square area was transformed into a festival venue for Vappu (a celebration of spring), with people opening champagne bottles and Senate Square in full swing. Because of this, the tram stop for lines 9T and 2B, just a minute's walk from the hotel, was closed. I ended up dragging my suitcase across the cobblestones until I was exhausted.

The hotel is centrally located, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is a bit different. The only downside is that the breakfast restaurant is in a different building. You have to walk across the courtyard (and in winter, you need to wear a warm jacket).

Beautiful room, a bit of a maze of a walk. The room temperature couldn't be cooler. The breakfast was plentiful and good.
